OUR CONCEPT

Professional gold extraction from German gravel pits

Gold occurs in many different forms around the world: as nuggets, as gold specimens within rock, or as fine gold. Australia is known for its impressive nuggets and gold specimens, while Canada is better known for its smaller nuggets, flakes, and fine gold deposits. Both Australia and Canada have a long history of intensive gold exploration and mining. In Germany, gold mining was also carried out for economic purposes in the past, but commercial gold mining has been discontinued for many years.

With our filter technologies, we can profitably extract gold from your gravel operation.

In Germany, gold is primarily found in the form of fine gold in the subsurface. However, its concentration is extremely low, amounting to only 3–30 milligrams per tonne of raw material.

Due to this low concentration, we utilize the high processing capacity of gravel plants and passively integrate our filter technologies into their ongoing operations. The operation of the gravel plant is not affected or disrupted in any way.

The recovered gold is, of course, divided between your gravel operation and Macherey Resources according to a previously agreed profit-sharing arrangement.

The highly concentrated gold-bearing sand collected by our filter systems is then processed using sophisticated and precise methods. We exclusively use environmentally friendly methods based entirely on ecological principles and without the use of harmful chemicals.

You receive your share in the form of fine gold of the highest possible purity.
